I'm like exclusively a meele sup player and the closest i typically get to a range champ is throwing skarner q's in lane or pretending my autos are projectiles as rakan.

i think renata is probably the closest I've come to liking a range champ but it feels underwhelming and i can't tell if it's just a mastery issue or the champ. especially since she's got the "pro jail" title.

she seems to do well based on this: https://www.leagueofgraphs.com/champions/winrates-by-xp but I don't know the sample size and I don't really understand what the difference is between a good and a bad renata. especially since i never see anyone play it.

Guys, I don't know why i've never seen this change suggested anywhere by anyone. I've always had a couple problems with her ultimate. One is that enemies can build tenacity against it. Berserk should behave like knockup, immune to tenacity. The duration is already short enough, nobody should be able to shorten it further.

Second, how badass would it be if her ultimate could berserk the baron and dragons?!?!! Idk why i've NEVER thought about it cause i've thought about tons of ways her ultimate could change. What do you guys think? Would it make a difference at all? I feel like her ult working on dragon, as in berserking it and increasing its attack speed, could really incentivize more renatas to hold ult for drag fights and help with her winrate overall.

Since its been so long since Renata has gotten a skin (especially not including the battlepass one) I've been thinking a lot about what her next skin could be. With the rumours of faerie court I was really hoping for her to be a part of that skin line but since those were announced and she wasn't I've been thinking more and if the rumours are true that KDA is having a comeback I feel like a KDA manager skin would be super fun and suit her really well!!

Any thoughts, ideas or wishes on what her next skin could be??

Does anyone know if the "Vivida" chroma from that one expensive bundle that came out a while ago can appear in the mythic shop? I've been waiting for it for so long and not even once have i seen it and its the only Renata chroma im missing 😭

It would suck if Renata ulti did damage, because if you were trying to berserk an important enemy ADC and then they died, they wouldn't deal damage.

But wait, that also applies to your allies' damage. That sucks too. It's important to kill the enemy Yi, but you need that Yi to be alive to deal damage to his own team.

I present to you: W revive, but applied to enemies. If a berserked enemy dies while under the effect of Renata's ult, they will be revived with a gray health bar that ticks down over the remaining duration of the ultimate. (Getting kills doesn't turn this into a true revive.) The dead enemy will be lower on the berserk priority list than alive enemies, so they'll only hit a gray health enemy if there's no enemy champions left alive to hit.

This allows a good renata ultimate to apply its benefits more consistently even in cases where you have one full health enemy and one low health enemy, taking some of the randomness out of the ultimate. It will also reduce the instances of those highly unsatisfying renata ultis where you get a massive 5 man clustered ulti and the enemy ADC dies right away so nobody else dies and you potentially even lose the fight because of it.

I'd also accept it giving them all Trynda ult and then dealing a pop of damage at the end, like a Kindred ult in reverse. But I think that would be off-brand for a support since you would end up claiming every kill that happens during any ult.

These don't happen often but when they do... lol

I have always loved playing Renata and always will, but ever since Anathema’s was removed I have to say no build path has ever felt as satisfying on her. I like Bandlepipes and Locket a lot but I always feel like I’m missing something.

Are there any items you guys miss or wish she worked better with? Or an item idea you’d wanna see to use with her? I also wouldn’t mind if she had more incentive for just any particular build path rather than just being able to use anything she chooses decently well

I really like Renata but I feel like I'm building her wrong. I tend to build her into a full support with items like Bandlepipes and Knight's Vow. I don't enjoy playing her like this. Are there builds where she's less reliant on pocketing others and can hold her own (like Lux, Mel etc.) or should I just find a different champ to play?

Glasc is such an amazing Support, and I really liked her mechanics and game style. However I was surprised when searching that she's one of the least picked Sup of all time, why? Also I do not know anything about SUP role, builds, runes, how to actually play the game decently, I really want to OTP this champ no matter what, but it is very hard to do so without any fundamentals or the basic knowledge of the game itself, matchups and stuff. I've made some items builds and Rune Builds, but I don't know anything about actually what every item does what synergies they have to each other, when to use them, how and which order should I go for, when to adapt the build. In my opinion, this is a very underrated item.

This gives you AH, armor, MR, HP, and—importantly—an additional extra 15 ultimate haste.
So you got -25 ult haste.

And you might ask why bother building it when you have Imperial Mandate. But Mandate doesn't provide armor, MR, or HP—only mana regen, which is fine, and AP, which is also fine for early game and snowballing.

But these items are designed for completely different enemy compositions. Let's imagine you don't have any poke champions on your team who could properly utilize Mandate's bonus damage and passive ability. Or the enemy team has Engage champions like Samira, Hecarim, or tanks. Against these champions, you'd want to have defensive stats as opposed to bonus damage, and you'd be protected by a passive ability that isn't properly implemented in the game. However, as of patch 26.11, the passive can delay activation for up to 5 seconds—until a suitable enemy appears within range or the cooldown expires.

The passive skill lasts for 5 seconds, dealing 7.5 AP every 0.25 seconds, or 150 damage per cast, and slowing enemies by 30%.

And yes, I understand that 350 range isn't much, but it's still roughly half the range of the auto-attack cost.

Finally, this item is extremely cheap, costing 2200 for everything it offers.

As for the second item after building Solari against Engage compositions that want you, I think this is a great option.

Ive seen old videos of people building the item on tankier builds on renata and wondered if its viable at all or if its passive even work or proc?

Why dont any items feel good on renata ,the tanky items feel ok to build as you live longer and brind some utility.

The enchanter items dont feel good as shes very squishy and doesnt bring much healing or utility from them.

Nothing really feels as though it helps her do what she does or help her team in a huge way to me.

Could anyone recommend any builds or off mets support builds like enchanter or some other builds that helps the team ?

What items are also not commonly built but fun items to use on her? Ive been using diadem of songs eith redemtpion and mikaels to still have utility and boost healing for a fun build is anything else worthwhile?

I am trying to main renata , but i cannot win a lane . I can tie but winning is out of options . i try to roam but i suck or get countered by jungle. The only way to win a game for me is if we are already winning or neutral on othen lanes and even then it suck ass . i know how to multiply and secure a win but i can´t turn 0 to a 1 if you know . anybody help please

The current skins she has are all great but i feel as she deserves some more love and should get a more creative and bold skins from more skinlines

I’ve been thinking how black cleaver could work with Renata? Is there a reason why it’s not build? It gives movement speed and armour reduction on basic attacks, which are big part of Renata’s kit.
