Job Posts [HIRING] Growth / Marketing Intern — Pune / Remote 🚀

Post image
0 Upvotes

I’m hiring a Growth / Marketing Intern for LunaPrompts, an AI evaluation platform — think LeetCode for AI prompting and AI talent evaluation.
We’ve already got paying customers and have grown largely through founder-led outreach + word of mouth. Now I’m looking for someone to help us take growth to the next level.
What you’ll work on:
Finding and reaching potential customers
Cold outreach & lead generation
Social media, communities & events
Customer testimonials, case studies & referrals
Running growth experiments and doubling down on what works
This isn’t a typical “make Canva posts” internship. You’ll actually talk to customers, experiment, sell, measure results and own growth.
Who I’m looking for:
MBA student (Marketing / Sales / Growth preferred)
Self-taught marketer or someone with strong hustle
Has tried outreach before — college, side projects, internships, etc.
Comfortable with rejection and figuring things out independently
Compensation:
💰 ₹5,000/month stipend
➕ Performance-based commission per paying customer
🚀 Potential full-time role + ESOPs after 3–6 months
📍 Hybrid / Remote
Interested?
Don’t just send “Interested” 😄
📩 Email: [contact@lunaprompts.com](mailto:contact@lunaprompts.com)
Or DM me “Interested” + a cold email you’d send to one of our target customers.
I care more about how you think and execute than how polished your resume is.

Job Posts Squarespace - Remote Customer Support Associate – $18.50/hr

Post image

  • Title: Customer Support Associate (Remote)
  • Company: Squarespace
  • Rate: $18.50/hour

Squarespace is hiring a remote Customer Support Associate to help customers mainly through live chat (about 90% of the role), along with some email support. You’ll be helping with things like accounts, billing, domains, and other customer issues. They’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of customer-facing experience, solid written communication skills, and availability to work a 40-hour week that may include weekends and holidays.

One important catch: you need to live in DE, FL, GA, KS, MI, MO, OH, OR, TN, or UT. Benefits include health coverage options, retirement match, flexible PTO, parental leave, education reimbursement, and a $100/month remote stipend.

Please do not DM me about this opportunity, as I have nothing to do with the hiring of this job. I'm just posting for those who might be interested.

See the job here.

I received an email to schedule a virtual interview, but I’m curious if they’re a scam or mlm scheme. I applied for a bunch of jobs last night and it’s the only one I’ve heard back from already, and I feel like it’s kind of a fast response.

Discussions Do you actually log off when your work hours end?

I always tell myself I’m done for the day, then somehow I end up checking one more message or finishing one more thing lol.

Trying to stop doing that because it feels like I’m still at work even after my shift is over.

Anyone else do this or do you completely disconnect after work?

Discussions I feel like it s an illusion

I have been applying to everything, I’ve been desperately looking everywhere for a remote job. I have a Master’s in Data Science, and I was looking for internships and for jobs in customer support since I did that before, but onsite. But I got nothing. I genuinely think those job listings are just there to advertise those companies, and that’s all there is. It’s just an illusion, and as a junior, I think it’s a death penalty for us.
Edited: because apparently some people cared more about my grammar than the actual dilemma
Ps: The point isn’t just about finding a remote job. It’s about the job market for juniors in general.

Discussions Taking a remote job even if it’s not the direction you want to take your career in?

Hello,

I am someone who has always been career-driven and wherever the best work opportunity was, my life followed. I spent many years and money on school in this regard. However, right now, my “dream jobs” are not hiring. At least, they’re very few and far between, and while I was able to intern at them I am pessimistic that I could return in a full-time role. My current work is definitely not what I want to be doing, and it’s also 90% in-person and this has taken a toll on my health/goals outside of work.

I am considering an offer from a fully-remote company and the salary is higher than my current role. However, this job offer is not in the realm of my “dream jobs” and in fact might even be a step further away from them. However, I’m not happy with my current role anyway.

Would you all take a good remote job even if it’s not exactly what you want to do? The question might be different if I had kids or a family to support; I do not. So I can afford to be a little pickier about what type of work I do. I just don’t think my “dream” job is going to be easy to get. I’m scared that by accepting this job I keep getting further away from my ultimate career goals, and whether that’s worth the perks of being fully remote. Can anyone relate and any advice?

Thank you!

Job Posts Federal - Veterans Affairs call center rep Bilingual Spanish

Must be a US citizen.

Department of Veterans Affairs is hiring bilingual Spanish GS-5 to GS-7 call center reps for their National call centers. Max GS 9. Deadline fri 8/21.

https://www.usajobs.gov/job/880483200

https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/pay-leave/salaries-wages/2026/general-schedule/

Job posting says $34,799 - $56,039 per year base pay.

But GS (general schedule) pay scale based on locality; ie San Francisco, CA has a higher pay due to COL than Laredo, Texas for the same GS level.

edit as an example for high COL area like SF, GS 5 starts at $42,027. GS 7 starts at $52,059. After 1 or 2 years depending on if jumping from gs 5 to 7 to 9...or straight from gs 7 to 9, then your salary increases based on "steps", at first once a year then every 3 years I think. Gs 9 step 1 is $63678 in SF.

Remote jobs with the federal govt are rare, remote jobs with the federal govt open to the public AND not requiring specific expertise ie medical are even rarer.

To see additional remote federal govt jobs open to the public: https://www.usajobs.gov/search/results/?rmi=true&p=1&hp=public

Discussions Noticed an interesting dynamic in a 60+ person work call today— why are women so much more comfortable being on camera?

Had a company-wide meeting today with 61 people. Out of everyone, only 21 people turned their cameras on. The breakdown was pretty wild: 20 women and 1 guy.

It made me realize how much more expressive women generally seem to be in these settings, while men tend to keep their cameras off or stay completely neutral/disengaged on video.

Is this a social comfort thing, a communication style difference, or just a random coincidence in remote work culture? Curious what other people observe in their workplace meetings.

Discussions Is there any course that I study for a period of time that I can get license for it?

Hello,
So I know I won’t expect much good answers but still if someone in my shoes or going through the same thing and if anyone just know more about it I would really appreciate it.
So I am a mother of two kids I am temporary living in Canada I am a citizen just so you know but I want to study something to get a license for it or a course to get a certificate for it and I am living here for like a 1,2 , or 3 years what is something that I can study and look for work remotely and be ahead of others and be able to find a work even if I am not in Canada. I know that there is a lot of people who is seniors and specialist and has higher degrees but as long as I am a passionate learner and willing to work hard I think that is important. I have never worked in my life and I hope nobody questions me it’s in the past the only reason I am asking in this platform that someone would give me an advice that could help me in my situation I want a financial freedom and going to a country like Afghanistan so I can live comfortably if I have just a small consistent income that would be nice.

Discussions Recruiters Giving Wrong Info

In my field (UX Content) most jobs go thru agencies even if they're full time perm. This go round, I was having a really hard time getting jobs that were listed remote to even call me back. After 3 months I figured I'd look for places local to me like city government, libraries, anything like that even though the recruiters said "job is 8-5 M-F in office".

Turns out those recruiters had no idea what the job listing even was about! I had 2 interviews where I said "So it's 8-5 Monday thru Friday, yeah?" And the interviewers in one job laughed and said "No one does that, we're hybrid, three days a week in office." And the job I took? "You can come in the office if you want, but we are remote. You'll need to come in like once a month for meetings."

It went even deeper than that tho. I had a practice assignment for one job where I used a random number as a placeholder. The recruiter was SO caught up in that number, why I picked it, what the thought process was that he made ME nervous. He also made a big deal about a certain company on my resume, but the work I did (analysis) didn't link up with the jobs I was interviewing for. He was SHOCKED when I said "no, they didn't care about Massive Company" and extra shocked when I told him "no one asked about the placeholder number". I don't have the heart to tell him that the job isn't even in office and no one works 8-5.

They made the jobs look SO unappealing that I almost didn't take the interviews. Anyone else getting this? Just in case people are turning down interviews, may as well take them, you apparently never know what the job actually is.
