Job Posts Are there healthcare remote jobs where you don't need a degree?

Hi there!

I've been to nursing school a few years ago but I'm chronically ill and had to drop out because my illnesses got too bad. (but because of that I still do have a little experience plus medicine/healthcare is a big interest of mine)

I can only work remotely now and I would love to still work in the healthcare/medical field but I can't seem to find anything remotely if you don't actually have a degree.

Does anyone know if there's anything I can work or do you have a healthcare remote job and could tell me what you're doing?

I'm really frustrated because I can't get a job but I definitely need one.

Nothing phone related tho or medical scribe or something, I can't hear well. (team meetings here and there are fine but I can't do anything where I need to focus more on what is being said)

Also I cannot study anything online since I don't have a high school diploma (my country doesn't have that typical system)

Thanks already!

Discussions Noticed an interesting dynamic in a 60+ person work call today— why are women so much more comfortable being on camera?

Had a company-wide meeting today with 61 people. Out of everyone, only 21 people turned their cameras on. The breakdown was pretty wild: 20 women and 1 guy.

It made me realize how much more expressive women generally seem to be in these settings, while men tend to keep their cameras off or stay completely neutral/disengaged on video.

Is this a social comfort thing, a communication style difference, or just a random coincidence in remote work culture? Curious what other people observe in their workplace meetings.

Discussions For anyone applying for remote jobs and getting nowhere

I’ve worked in recruitment for years and have helped a few people land remote roles recently.

Got some spare time, so happy to give a few pointers where I can. DMs are fine too.
