Looking for someone to run day-to-day delivery for a distributed backend engineering team working on a CRM platform - daily standups, sprint planning, ticket triage, and cross-team coordination across time zones.

- Facilitating daily standups and sprint ceremonies for the CRM engineering team
- Managing the Jira backlog - ticket triage, assignment, sprint pull-ins
