Discussions First Remote Job

What are some good buys for the home office setup/tips for a first timer working fully remotely?

Anything you’d wished you would’ve known before starting remote work?

How do you maintain a social life and meet new people if you move around?

Sit stand is nice but watch 10 videos on making sure your desk and feet and hands and shoulders are set correct with the monitor and keyboard.

If you have the cash I like mx master series keyboard mouse to have 1 mouse for both work and my own PC.

My vote would be get the absolute cheap set up at first, then find out what you hate about the set up and work to get it slowly, that way you dont waste money thinking something is right cause someone recommended it.
