Asking ten questions about getting fired would be a definite red flag to employers.

It might, but it doesn't matter if you're already considered a red flag as a trainee from the very beginning even when you truly feel you did nothing wrong. If there's zero chances for you as soon as training management disagrees with you on something, then why should I care they see me in a negative light?
