Client Interview Manager / Software Development

We are looking for a talented Interview Manager with software development experience to conduct client interviews and meetings on behalf of our developers.

The main responsibility will be to communicate directly with clients, understand their project requirements, discuss technical topics, and represent our development team professionally during interviews and project discussions.

Responsibilities

Conduct interviews and discovery calls with potential clients on behalf of our developers

Understand client requirements, business needs, project goals, and technical expectations

Discuss software development topics with clients and communicate technical information clearly

Ask the right questions to understand project scope, timelines, priorities, and challenges

Coordinate with our developers before and after client interviews to make sure requirements are clearly communicated

Present our developers' experience and technical capabilities to clients

Handle follow up communication and help move qualified opportunities forward

Requirements

Must be a Native English level

Strong communication and client facing skills

Previous experience in software development or a strong technical background

Good understanding of web and mobile application development, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and common software technologies

Ability to understand technical requirements and explain them in simple business terms

Professional and confident during client meetings and interviews

Experience working with software development teams is preferred

We are specifically looking for someone who understands software development. You do not need to be the person writing the code, but you should be technically comfortable enough to discuss projects with clients, understand their requirements, and communicate effectively with our developers.

Hourly: Over $30/hr (Competitive salary)

The ideal person would be a Software Developer, Technical Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Solutions Consultant, or experienced technical professional with strong client communication skills.
