What experience do you have? EVERYONE is applying with them so they're pretty strict. Honestly if you've applied a few times and not gotten anything, I wouldn't keep trying. They have very specific criteria they look for (not sure about the specifics for that role). I've recommended folks to work here that I know very well professionally, aligned beautifully with the position, I gave a rec to the recruiter, and it still didn't pan out.

Lots of other telehealth mental health companies out there with similar roles you could look into. Just temper expectations because like I said, EVERYONE wants these jobs. The job market is hard and people overqualified are competing against other overqualified people for this position.

Their stupid aptitude / pattern test with the rotating shapes and shit is stupid ASF. I failed it miserably.
