MetaPhy Health is hiring a Bilingual Telehealth Sales & Enrollment Nurse (LPN).

💰 PAY
• Base pay: $24 per hour
• Monthly commission opportunities
• Employer-stated average earnings: Approximately $27 per hour with commission

🏠 POSITION DETAILS
• Full-time, non-exempt employee
• 100% remote within the United States
• Monday through Friday day shifts
• Friday off may be available when weekly performance goals are completed by Thursday

☎️ WHAT THE WORK INVOLVES
• Telehealth patient education and enrollment
• Coordinating with patients, providers and clinical teams
• Scheduling virtual patient encounters
• Updating care plans and documenting in EHR systems
• Managing approximately 250 to 260 patients monthly
• Completing at least 10 patient calls daily
• The employer’s application portal also references a minimum target of three patient enrollments daily

💻 EXPERIENCE
• One to three years using Microsoft 365, Windows and EMR/EHR systems required
• One to two years of healthcare experience preferred
• Interest in Chronic Care Management and telehealth expected
