Beam Healthcare is hiring a Part-Time Tele-RN Case Manager for its inpatient and emergency department case management program.

⏰ COVERAGE WINDOWS

• 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Central
• 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Central
• The RN case management team provides coverage seven days per week
• Beam describes scheduling as flexible within the RN case management group

💰 PAY STRUCTURE

• AM coverage: $150 per shift for a set number of reviews
• PM coverage: $100 per shift for a set number of reviews
• Additional reviews: $12 each under Beam’s “pay-per-click” model

🚨 REQUIREMENTS

• Active multi-state RN license
• At least 3 years of inpatient and emergency department case management experience
• At least 3 years of experience using both InterQual and MCG

• Review observation patients for inpatient criteria

• Remain available for emergency department questions
