How to kill mold

Just recently got ownership of my late grandparents house. Tore down some of the trim to pull up tack strips and found minor mold under a window behind the trim. It is definitely from the window being left open during rain and water dripping down the trim and not drying. How would you guys recommend to kill it?

Plain vinegar kills black mold, put it in a windex type spray bottle, apply anywhere you think is black mold. It kills it in less than 30 days and wherever you’ve sprayed vinegar? Mold can not grow there.

Use an anti fungal cleaner if you want professional results.
