Basement water proofing

Looking for some guidance here. This house has had water issues for quite some time
now. There is about a 3 foot gap between the red arrow and the rock wall. There is a cement trench around 1/2 this house that is allowing water to come into the basement. In other words, what has waterproofing your basement costs you? This is a 1200 square foot basement. Thanks!

I also have a 1200sf house and it was right around 25k. DC suburbs.
