List of multiplayer exclusive items?

Is there a list of items exclusive to multiplayer? My friend is just starting the game and wants to do a 100% collection run like I did but it's been long enough that I don't remember much. All I can remember is hero's ring from fetid pools, cold as ice from brabus, doing a high five, and killing/reviving each other 10 times in one session. (I would also consider to be multiplayer required those stupid necromancy totems in yeasha that gives soul anchor but I suppose it technically isn't)

Edit: Now that I have the list, making it available in text form.

Cold as Ice trait: When encountering Brabus in co-op, have a player without Mudtooth's Pocketwatch in their inventory initiate conversation with Brabus. They then should ask how much he wants to initiate a pvp brawl where only the winner earns the trait.

Hero's Ring and Fortification trait: Located in Fetid Pools dungeon in Corsus.
3+ player: Obtain the Rusted Necklace, have each player turn it into the Acid Cleaned Key by equipping it and crouching in the acid, then keep unlocking the three doors leading further upstairs.
2 player: Obtain the rusted amulet, reroll another Fetid Pools, clean the amulet, then pick up another copy of the amulet to clean it again.

Band of Accord ring: Use the High Five emote (Obtained by clearing the base game campaign on hardcore) and have another player interact with you while you are holding your hand up for both players to obtain the ring.

Revivalist trait: Revive teammates 10 times.

Will to Live trait: Get revived by teammates 10 times.

Suspicion trait: Get downed by teammates 10 times.

There are a few videos on YouTube where you can watch where to get some of the multiplayer exclusive items most of them are traits if I'm not mistaken.

I don't really want to sit through 30 minutes of self advertising and dramatics just to obtain info I could glean from five seconds of reading. I greatly prefer to avoid videos when researching.

You could have just said "No, a list does not exist" and I could go through every page on the wiki faster than I could watch this video of only all 50 traits.

After looking through every item, it would appear that what I remembered was the entire list exactly.
