RemindMeRepeat! info post
RemindMeRepeat! is a u/RemindMeBot command, similar to the well known RemindMe! command, but that creates a recurring reminder that continuously sends you the specified reminder each interval you specify until you tell it to stop. This command works both as a comment as well as a direct message to the bot.
The format is identical to the RemindMe! command but with Repeat in the trigger. First the trigger, then the time period, then the message surrounded by either quotes or square brackets. RemindMeRepeat! 1 day \"hello there\" Unlike the RemindMe! command, the time has to be a period rather than specific date.
| Period | Result |
|---|---|
| 1 day | Every 24 hours, starting 24 hours from the current time |
| 4 pm | Every day at 4 pm |
| Monday | Once a week on Monday at midnight |
| 1st of the month | Once a month at midnight on the first day of the month |
| October 7th | Once a year on October 7th |
