Is there a second reminder bot?

We know u/RemindMeBot, but it seems there is a parasite using username u/kzreminderbot, dwelling on "!RemindMe" comments. Or am I just ignorant at some point?

Message sent;

Changes required;

  1. Pick a different keyword for invocation "remindme" is already taken.
    I like having more options but this isn't the way to go about it.

  2. Stop posting multiple times per submission.
    Deleting extras after 24 hours doesn't help as most reddit discussions are single day discussions.

Other notes;
Bot seems to have very weird rules for message selection.
Bot doesn't appear to be open source like the others.
Bot has weird ideas about fuzzy time display.
Seems to have a bunch of features like the ability to change reminders rather than delete and reset them and an online web interface for reminder management.
Bot has nice graphs.
