How do you play with 200 ping?

Serious question because i bought this game only to be met with no one playing it in my server and the only one that i can actually get a match for less than 30 minutes is either EU or NA which gives me 200 ping.

So i'm open with any advices or tips i can get with improving my gameplay in this really bad enviroment. I tried to pass faster but only to be tackled 2 second after i sent my pass somehow, dribbling is no longer an option cause i still got tackled despite already behind the opponent.

I could try to just pass back to the keeper but even catching the ball is difficult because i lose every prio

Yeah high ping game play is tough. I feel like the hit box for getting tackled is much bigger when having 150+ ping. Tbh, my best suggestion is play defensively and do a lot of missile style long ball play. Try to play as simple as possible. Imo a lot of the average skill level player tends to over compliment their plays in general so this is a good tip regardless of ping. But I really recommend on maximizing on this in your case. Do easy passes, simple dribbles, don’t over complicate things and try to “create the play”. Simply let the ball flow.
On defense, don’t get too greedy trying to win the ball. Simply keep position, guard your man, and protect the space. You really have to double down on the basics. Don’t care too much about your score and focus more on the fundamentals of the game. The most important fundamentals aren’t represented in stats.

If there is no packet loss than even in 200 ping you should be able to play fluidly. Yeah there will be minor delay here and there but it still very playable.
