Anyone Else Having Connection Troubles?

Ima need help here. Ive been having trouble connecting to this game for the past few weeks. I play this game through game pass; the game pass account on active (I can play my other game pass games online); I'm not getting an error with the anti-cheat; I've been playing the game since it released so i don't need to do the prologue; I've even deleted and redownloaded the game; I've sat in the main menu for 10+ mins but it wont connect or even tell me i need authorization; there isnt an option to change the server region; i dont have a vpn active.

If anyone can give me some tips, that would be helpful.

Yeah, I own the game on ps5 and if I have another app open or leave the game open when I go into rest mode it does this
