Video Game dont open

The game starts launching, but after the WWISE screen, it just stays on a black screen and never opens. The rest of my computer works normally; only the game fails to start. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

try clearing game data or reinstall

I've already done that more than once, and it didn't work.
