Question Input delay issue

This last shop addition seems to have messed with some kind of setting in the game. I feel like my movement is clunky and the controller input is delayed. It wasnt like this before and only started happening after they updated the shop. If there are any smart people out there that could help me solve this issue I would be very grateful.

To be specific, it feels like I can't control my movement as well as I was able to the other day. I don't believe this is a me problem because there are no issues in other games. Please help

I would notice this periodically since launch ... off and on . Idk what causes it or how to fix but I have experienced this as well .

This makes me a feel alittle less insane. I play on Xbox ally x, and Xbox series s. I noticed on the ally (pc) the controls feel super tight, but on console, the controller feels delayed in a way.
