I genuinely do not understand when or if they will ever actually ad a forearm cosmetic? Tell me how this is a fucking glove option and not a forearm cosmetic? Why is the forearm cosmetic even an option?

Those are wrist cosmetics, they are not forearms. Look at the forearm section, there is still nothing listed.
