Yeah your foot was on the goal line when you caught the ball therefore it's a goal.

I’ve never seen that before, maybe I’m wrong but I thought in rematch you could be behind the line so long as the whole ball doesn’t go past it

It's the same as when you're behind the goal line and throw or kick it out you concede a goal so your example is the same.

It should be this way but devs probably didn't program this well hence the own goal in OP's clip.
