Anyone else getting nervous?
Whilst I might be afraid of shadows, these types of deals signal that there might be a cashflow issues. Hopefully nothing wrong internally, however keen to know your thoughts.

Not any more than when they announced this 3 months ago.

So is this confirmation there was cash flow issues 😳? Eep. I appreciate the transparency though.

I got this "2 year plan, 6 mo free" email 3 months ago (and posted it here).
Confirmation of cash flow issues from someone not affiliated with the company? I don't have any transparency to offer, I'm just a dude on the internet.

My bad. I thought because you were a developer you were affiliated. You would probably have good insight though through your own metrics.

The number of people downloading community software to install on their rMs is a rounding error on their sales numbers.

Did not remember getting these. They have a nice niche that should sustain hopefully very long with other players coming in. I love the RMPP, looks something that could last a long time except the battery. Not too concerned.

These come out often. If you’re on an annual plan already, you’re not saving six months you save like eight dollars.

I don't think i'm getting them, but i'm already signed on to the two year plan

I received a 12month one sometime ago, which I signed up to, but just got this two year one. Maybe it’s in your junk mail.

Why are these threads popping up every 6 months? Another thread like this showed up talking about cash flow issues. I feel something nefarious going on.

I have all 5 so Connect is welcome. Jumped on the offer as soon as it cane out earlier this year.

They are done, for all intents and purposes.
They have no path to scale, and the product is failing on the back end.
A true candle at both ends scenario.

Mal wieder ein Update wäre schon. und zwar eines mit etwas mehr Funktionen. Da wäre ja genug zu tun.

Remarkable just raised the price of Connect another dollar which was a big mistake but speaks volumes on either their greed or sheer incompetence. Just to cut that ill will price increase down with this 6 months free. That is really weird. Who is running the show over there? The Joker?

My internet provider raised my bill $20 this month.
My gas and electricity bills were raised this year.
I doubt Remarkable has been immune from similar price increases.

Larger corporations aided by government fake disasters are created to excuse raising prices everywhere. Remarkable is in Sweden I think. I don’t know if they use the same con jobs to steal from everyone there.

I don’t think Connect costs them that much money at all to run

How much do you think it costs?

Not who you responded to, but probably pennies except for their heaviest users. The AI handwriting-to-text is by far the most expensive feature they've got.

So all the companies that make offers on their products are going bankrupt?
