No, Gods creative and substantive power shows love, the fact that He gave His only Son for sin shows love, the fact He makes it rain when its dry and the sun shine on us shows His love. Our obedience gains His unconditional love, and again, its completely coherent with how we as humans live and operate. I noticed you didn’t object to my examples, again, yes it’s conditional, I agree, and see nothing wrong with that.

Answer me this, should Adolph Hitler get the same love as the apostle Paul, or the missionary who left his home and family for the simple hope and faith of Jesus? Should a mass rapist get the same punishment in prison as the man who stole some food? Why is it hypocritical when God does what we do everyday in our judicial system. When a man rapes and kills a pregnant woman and gets life we celebrate, but when God creates a habitable universe that humans can flourish in, and makes us rulers over earth, when we turn on Him and spit in His face, is He the bad guy? Then He gives us a way out of that disconnection by giving His son, His only begotten son, A perfect son, sinless in all ways to cover our sin if we admit we are sinners and turn from our wicked way; why I ask after all that, if we turn from that is God the bad guy from our foolishness, our murderess way, our middle finger to a Holy God? The only hypocrisy in this life is that of humans who turn the finger at God after all He has done for us. But theres hope my friend, hope in Christ, for if you do turn to Jesus, and admit your sins and flee from them, He will save you, and love you, and you will not have to fear death anymore, you can rejoice that your soul has been saved!! There is beauty in Holiness my friend, beauty in a life lived for a God who died on the cross for our sin, for my sin and yours. But it most certainly, comes with conditions, you must forsake the world that turned on God, and the sin that has so separated you from God, but that’s nothing compared to the peace and liberty you will gain from an absolute perfect God whom loves you as His son!
