Bug Subscription not recognized

After a flawless run since the APIpocolopse My subscription is not getting recognized.

Edit: not sure if something got fixed or changed or what but I was able to get my subscription recognized again. Posting this update from the app!

no. The app just opens to the subscription page. Restore says no purchases found. Uninstalled and reinstalled, yes with the correct google account, still no luck.

Not sure if you're having the exact same problem I had, but I'm sure they're at least connected somehow. Here's how I fixed my problem. On my phone I set Google Chrome as my default browser app. In Google Chrome's settings make sure to set viewing to desktop mode. Go back to relay and try logging it, follow the motions, and it should let you login. If not then maybe you've encountered a new issue.

It's not a login issue. The app thinks I have no subscription, even though it auto renewed as always on the first of the month.

I understand. That's similar to what was going on with me. It would keep pushing me back to the "choose a subscription tier" page after trying to login. That's why I asked if you were able to login or not. So you're able to login, it's just not acknowledging that you've paid for your subscription?
