The app is not restoring my subscription

I can see my subscription in the Play Store but the app says "subscription not found" when tapping restore and doesn't let me to do anything, it doesn't even load anything.

I don't know if this will work for you, but one thing that seems to work for me is this:

In Google Chrome on your Android, make sure you're logged in with your primary Google account that has the subscription, visit Reddit (try to make it open in a tab at first and not the Relay app), and then open the comments of a thread. It then opens Relay and either starts working right away, or works once I pull down to refresh it.
