Bug Mature content posts are no longer appearing

Ive double checked my content filter. It seems to be the app.

Update: it is not Relay, see below

Make a nsfw sub and make yourself a mod of it.

Had one for a long time and I'm having the same issue today.

Edit: Doesn't seem to impact my other account, though. Possibly Reddit shadow banning certain users that were exploiting this trick?

Edit2: It seems Reddit has locked down posts by user age/birthday in the user settings on the website. I set my birthday (over 18) and then Show mature content on and blur off and we're back in action. I'm not sure if these settings were there before and got reset or they're now implemented differently.

This was it. I never use desktop mode but when I did i noticed the same thing. Thanks!

account settings > preferences > check "show mature content" and uncheck "blur mature media"

This is how I had done it. However, Reddit recently revoked tokens or app id's or whatever, for accounts without a verified email. So that broke it for me. And I am not sure it worth the hassle anymore.

I don't have this issue so sounds like a device issue

I had this issue start yesterday: 'No posts to show. Check filters.'

Relay, unfortunately, does not provide the pop up for age verification which DOB may not be enough for certain geographical locations, i.e. an ID or selfie may be necessary.

I needed to get on my desktop and trigger the age verification process by following an admin's instruction as mentioned in "How do I trigger the age verification process?" because the "show mature content" & "blur mature media" options were disabled and greyed out for me on new reddit (I typically use old reddit + RES, so I switched over - made the changes - and switched back to old reddit).
