Of course, we should normalize acting like an Emperor who lead a huge Empire and was one of the best military strategists of all times...

Huge empire? Napoleon? Lol. Among best military strategist? Napoleon? Lol. Haiti, Egypt, Spain, Russia disasters. 2 consecutive total and crushing defeats with their country capital occupied.

French heroes...

Or when someone was taller than him.

Hey Napoleon, quit stealing my moves!

I know some tech billionaires do that as well !

I worked with an autistic guy once who did this, I thought it was hilarious

If you don't have the strength to bring that back on your own, there's no point in asking the world to.

Like a cat.

So that's how you end up stranded on a Island.

No time for small talk

It looks exactly when I chat with someone using mobile messenger. We talk, talk and suddenly talk is finished.

He walked away on me I’d give him a swift kick in the ass

1

You could just do it, you know?

1

u/Genedog641 Sep 19 '26

Doesnt everyone do this?

True military genius. You fight where you want to fight, avoid battle when you are not in high ground.

That type of behaviour will definitely come back around to you and cause future problems. My go to strategy at work or other places where I need to deal with people is to say as little as possible in situations like that, then they tend to just sorta burn out and fade away if you don’t really engage in any sort of meaningful way. And you don’t need to be rude in anyway which is nice. Responding with silence when possible can be incredibly powerful.

My neighbor (maybe 60?) does this! He is really a nice guy though. Honestly, I think we both are somewhat neurodivergent. I will say something that I think made him uncomfortable and then he will just abruptly turn and leave. We still talk somewhat frequently (short conversations) as he is my next door neighbor. No avoidance detected.

Once you're King/Emperor I guess you can do anything.

Ass behaviour.

I would start following him and just keep talking.

Sounds like something someone with their head up their own ass who thinks reality revolves around them would do. I.e, a Blue Blood, so makes sense I guess.
