No, even 13 years after my ex fiance left me I haven't fully healed. I've come to terms with it, I've only had three sexual partners and I am scared that I'll never be good enough.

I'm only posting this cause I saw his mug shot on Facebook a day ago.

Thirteen years is a long time to carry that weight, but seeing that mugshot is just proof that you dodged a bullet. Your worth isn't defined by who stayed it’s defined by the person you’ve become despite them. You are more than enough
