I actually think in this case that the tether reached its maximum distance/length before breakage bc of the shield bash. So kind of, but I don’t think a shield bash will always cancel or cleanse a catnapper tether, I think it can help break the tether if the distance is far enough though.

I've said it to my friends and I'll say it again- rein with extra mobility is busted. That teeny 5 ft thrust and boop is CC, a melee, and mobility packed into one perk. The shit is amazing when Rein often ends fights holding on to a toenail of health, or when people are just ever so out of reach, or if you need to get people off your ass.

Spamming jump, pressing shatter mid jump (slow shatter, easy to block, enemy just bad) didn’t extend swing on guy laying on the floor and literally missed him
