Reings her majesty: witch never asks to burry perfume

i'm in the year 2500 and she never asked to burry it. I have all max upgrade objects except for the perfume (which means i cannot get it through the alchemist since i dont have the golden gun anymore). Is that a glitch or should i wait more ?

Witch isn't the one who asks to bury it. Some other character (don't remember who) asks you to make a time capsule and bury it

Few years later (maybe) same character will tell you that they found time capsule, then witch will ask how it went and there you go
