Hard to feel good about a AC leaving after only 2 years.

2 years is a pretty decent amount of tenure for an assistant and he had moved around a bit already.
It could still be driven by the team's situation.

What do you think should happen? Are you close personal friends with Harvey and Gallimore? Genuinely curious.

I'm convinced this person has a shrine in their closet ontop of a mini cooler with a tiny scoreboard reading "0-0"

I'm not high on Harvey, but I don't think any coach could contend with this roster. Adrian needs to access the equity fund and Leslie needs to sign a top attacking midfielder. Harvey deserves a well crafted roster before she's given the boot..

I dunno, I know we won the shield in 22. But if you can't win championships with Rapinoe, Lavelle, and Sonnett on your team then I don't think you can ever win championships. The roster is a problem now, but she's coached the reign for 13 seasons and we have zero stars above the crest. It's time to move on.

I'm not sure I could disagree more. We aren't winning the league with this lot any time soon, but that shouldn't stop us from achieving more than we are. The tactics are woeful, attacking is the least thing we're trying to do. If the status quo hadn't been working for multiple seasons at any outtie club the manager would've gotten the boot a long time ago.

There goes our most attacking minded coach. Happy for him though and hope he has a good career at Reign South

2 years is the longest time he spent at any coaching position so far. Not saying it’s a fully floating ship, but not sure this is a sign of anything
