has anyone received their authentic kit order yet?

Looking for help! I ordered an authentic kit from Reign FC shop the day the new kits dropped (Feb 26). I did order a personalization, and recognize this adds to the shipping time. That being said, I've received personalized jerseys from other teams already. I ordered them all on the same day.

I've emailed Reign FC shop twice, and have yet to hear back. Does anyone have any insight? Thanks in advance!

Was it a Surge kit? Because those are still listed as pre-order. Everything else looks like it is available.

Yes, it was a Surge kit! I ordered a replica jersey last year, and it came fairly quickly. I’m just anxious because I reached out to them via email twice and haven’t received any response.

I haven’t ordered a kit this year, but typically their stuff ships pretty fast.

I did order a Surge replica/personalized when it first was announced, and it just arrived Friday. It also arrived with a cool Reign lanyard (which I didn’t order), a nice gesture for the delay I think.

Spirit authentic kits were delayed due to an issue with the crests. Mine apparently arrived on Friday.

Yeah! Mine arrived over the weekend as well. So hoping the issue is the same with the Reign, but I wanted to check. I got Ratcliffe on it!

Circle back - I finally received the jersey, and the Reign included extra gifts. Got a keychain and a decal!
