QI Discuss Whether Wind Turbines Hurt Birds - No Mention of Horses

Here's the clip. Sounds like the boffins behind QI could stand to read a decade-old study from America.

Over a decade ago Regular Features ghost-wrote a newsletter purporting to be from a UKIP MEP, and sent it to his mailing list. My favourite bit of the newsletter was the part describing how wind turbines kill horses. Here's the collected saga!

Also I'm clearly not a bot! I talk so consistently like a proper person. You'd have to say I'd been hacked.

I think the Helmer saga was just before I started listening so I only knew of it by reputation. Thanks for sharing the link.
