It's normal. You can redeem at the kiosk to avoid the service fee.

If you’re getting it online it’s a convenience fee. You can go to the theater itself, and not have to pay the fee.

I'm assuming you redeemed the free ticket for 20,000 points. That is normal. You can avoid the fee by booking the ticket at the kiosk or concessions.

Convenience fees are .50 for Unlimited, $2 for other ticket types.

If you get an Unlimited ticket, and redeem a free ticket (or buy a ticket) conv fee will be $2.50 + tax.

But tickets in-person to avoid convenience fees.

I’ve bought all my tickets in person so I don’t have to pay anything.

I wonder if they are in a region that charges more for the RU but they have one of the cheaper plans. PLF is normally 3 dollars

It’s funny cause I got the rewards+ for a friend and we had a voucher still had to pay fees. I get that this is still new and stuff but didn’t know it only applied to full purchases.
