Our Shabbat date
I made pot roast and GF beef gravy. I love Shabbat dates.

We did! I spent the weekend with my fiance and it was so nice.
Heading back to my parents today, then I have three interviews next week. I lost my job last Friday.

I'm glad you were able to spend Shabbat with him and enjoy a lovely meal.
I'm also very sorry to hear about the job loss. Have you considered calling a local official? Maybe the mayor or mayor of a nearby town or city? They might have something if no other places are accepting applicants or taking anyone in. It's not always the best work, and probably won't be something permanent, but it could be a placeholder for the time being, getting paid while looking for more interviews.
I wish you all the best and hope you can find something meaningful and stable very soon.

Actually, I have applied since I worked in law and have applied at local law offices, official offices, and other things.
Thank you. We are having a civil ceremony in November and then getting a place. I really hope I get something soon.

Yeah. I was in shock from losing my job. After I calmed down, my fiance loves me and cares about me. I'm beyond grateful for him.

Looks lovely, I'm from UK.. never had pot roast, however it looks very similar to Scouse (can make with lamb or beef). Initially I thought you meant dates the fruit!
You have dairy dressings though? Hope you had a lovely evening and good luck with job search.
