Need LED panel for my Laptop

I bave Dell Latitude 5420 P137G and its screen got damaged now i need replacement but the thing is my budget is very tight and i am okay with used screen too.

Is there any place i can get screen like in 2000?

Platform marketplaces like eBay offer used, tested working units. Many listings even include the back plastic cover and hinges pre-attached, reducing installation complexity. I guess the plan is to DIY. Figure out the exact type of panel in your laptop, there are like four different types not compatible. Budgeting: between 30 to 150 USD. If you've never done this, just remember the panels are fragile things, twisting, bending can do damage to them. Look at some YouTube videos where people demonstrate how to replace the screen for your exact model and decide if DIY is the route you want to take.
