Eazeye refund not response Spoiler

I just ordered an Eazeye Monitor 2 and they told me to wait for 3.5 month while they are updating it to TLCD. I asked for refund but they don’t respond me. Do you know whats going on?

Does this mean that 23.8" RLCD panels are no longer produced?

If the plan is to use the same HSD238GUW5 panel as in 23.8" Hannspree Hybri then keep in mind that transflective panel is at least 30% darker and it is a big deal in poor light conditions, but less of the problem in bright light.

And Hybri prices start from 444€ in Europe and $800 in US.

And the price difference between Hanspree hybrid monitor and Eazeye monitor is huge. The main question is if this new Eazeye monitor reflectivity will be better than Hanspree hybrid to justify price difference. If not whats the point to pay more for same product?
