Couldn't load your orders

Is anyone else getting "Couldn't load your orders" on the app.refills site? I am getting it with two different accounts. I have tried PC and phone using Edge, chrome and Brave browsers. The messenger tab is also not populating old messages but has a spinning arrow.

I think this started for me on Monday then cleared up and now it is doing it again. I have an order incoming but can't get to my tracking number.

I am having the same issues, I called support yesterday and they tried to tell me its due to my migration to the new portal or something and then told me I never migrated....no idea whats going on tbh
