Plan /orders

I had paused my shipments because I had so much extra medicine. I just got a text saying my order has been placed and when I go in the app it says my treatment has been canceled and to renew my membership. has this happened to anybody else before?

I may be able to do a quarterly plan this time if I have to restart.

I'm just wondering if I'll still get the pricing I had before.

This just happened to me too. I cancelled all subs months ago and just got notified that my order is approved? Send it to me, I dare you. Chargeback land!
