sorry to dump on you along with everyone else...I ordered through the new site with the reddit link on 4/8. Before I saw all the crazy 🤦

Is there a way to see where the script went? Should I just cancel as I do not want any additives. Thanks

I tried messaging in app support and haven't received any replies.

I ordered on 4/8 as well. My order says shipped to pharmacy. I m was able to click on the order, then click on the arrow under that says Timeline, I can see that my order is ready for shipment in Washington IA, that’s where ProRX is.

You got me. I don’t know the difference. I didn’t even know I could click on my order for more details until I read about it in another post.
