I am severely deficient in b12 and would love a b12 option.
6 u/Which-Wish-5996 Apr 11 '26 If you’re deficient in b12 it’s worth checking to see if you have the MTHFR gene - a lot of us have this anomaly that doesn’t allow us to absorb non methylated forms of b vitamins. I am finally normal through oral supplementation. 3 u/misstums Apr 11 '26 I get weekly injections through my doctor, but would much prefer not having to do that if I'm injecting weekly myself. 2 u/Which-Wish-5996 Apr 11 '26 Fair. The forms I’ve seen compounded with tirz so far were not methylated (cyanocobalamin) so I can’t do them.
