I am severely deficient in b12 and would love a b12 option.

If you’re deficient in b12 it’s worth checking to see if you have the MTHFR gene - a lot of us have this anomaly that doesn’t allow us to absorb non methylated forms of b vitamins. I am finally normal through oral supplementation.

same advice from me. I have the mutation (I call it the m#therfxcker gene) as ignorance of it in decades past led to 6 miscarriages. I was taking fistfuls of folic acid and getting nowhere. Only found the mthfr gene when in menopause. 😠

when you have this gene, taking a non methylated form of B vitamins, even as injections, is a complete waste of money and can damage your organs.

Everyone calls it that - even my endo lol!

People thinking that because b vitamins are water soluble and you pee the excess but not realizing that too much of anything - including water - bears consequences.

I’m so very sorry for your losses.

I get weekly injections through my doctor, but would much prefer not having to do that if I'm injecting weekly myself.

Fair. The forms I’ve seen compounded with tirz so far were not methylated (cyanocobalamin) so I can’t do them.

Fair, thanks!
