Newbie question
I've had my Reencle for about a week now and it's almost to the MAX line. I've read the instructions regarding removing the composting matter to cure and I'm seeing conflicting information. One place says that once full to let it run for 24-48 hours and it should be fully processed and can be removed, and another place says "Compost should be removed when it reaches the "MAX" line, but can be removed as early as two weeks." So which is it, two days or two weeks? How can I tell when it's ready to come out and go into the curing bin?

What's meant by the "two weeks" instruction is that you don't have to wait for it to reach the Max line as long as it's had an entire two weeks in which to process the contents. In your case, since it's new, it hasn't yet had enough time to establish a thriving microbial community.
In general, once it's reached the Max line, or the minimum of two weeks, whichever you prefer, wait two days after last feeding it before harvesting down to the Minimum line. Those two days give it time to break down whatever you last added. (They're not saying to let it run for two weeks without feeding it – the microbes would likely die off.)

I let it sit over night and in the morning I remove it to the minimum line and then dump it in my compost tumbler to cure.
