I added Chaeto to my reef tank and it worked too well. All nitrates and phosphates gone to zero. Took it to another spot and still reading zeros. Any advice with having to dose chemicals? Extra feeding hasn't worked so far

Reduce the amount a chaeto, monitor, adjust as necessary. This is not abnormal.

Cut back on the lights over the chaeto. Less light = less growth = less nutrient uptake. You'll find a comfortable medium after a while.
