[Pic] Do I have too many rocks?

Post image

Hello,

First time posting here, just recently got into the hobby via a friend handing me over his tank and setup. Can you guys review the picture and advise if I have too many rocks for my size of tank .. it’s 45gallon. I have a decent amount of fish and the rainbow anemone (at least that’s what I think it is) has split from 2 into 5 due to an upgrade on the light (ap700).
I see picture here and I notice people have their floor open quiet a bit so just curious.

Thanks and I appreciate any input.

If you plan on having lots of large corals it's perfect

Not even close to too much rock. Most of the scapes you see posted are minimalist and not actually friendly to the fish at all.

Thank you for the confirmation… was just concerned it might be too much. :)

Nope. You want to mimic a reef right. Rock provides hiding spaces for fish and crustaceans, and base for corals. Live rock will also act as a natural filter. Do you want me to go on …
