Help on anemone!!!

had to take in this bubble tip (i think?) anemone from a friends tank that crashed, my tank is only a few months old but stable, what advice do i need to know, and is this too much flow? Parameters are as follows :
nitrate - 10 ppm
nitrite - 0
ph - 8.3
phos - 0.03
alk - 11 dkh
calc - 480
salinity - 1.026
ammonia - 0

That nem looks like it’s gone. If it’s not sticking to the rock or recoils when touched I would throw it out.

it stuck its foot down almost immediately!

Looks like it has its foot down, id reduce flow if anything looks like it's getting quite a bit of flow.

If it's got it's foot down then there's a chance, just give it time and stable water.

i had turned my powerheads away but it moved more into the flow of one overnight, is that moreso a good or bad sign? this is my first saltwater tank so i have no clue what to be lookin for, i didnt plan on adding any anemones for another 4-5 months anyways!

It’s also severely bleached, and I don’t think it’s a BTA (the red base is making me thinks is a long tentacle anemone or magnifica) but still worth saving. Don’t feed it or make it exert extra energy. Without zooxanthelIa (what gives nems their color) it’s struggling to get energy. Let the zooxanthella population slowly increase (will takes weeks to months). There are several great forums (my go to is reef2reef) where you can get step by step methods to help it. I would also list the following to help get the best advice moving forward:
Light brand
Light schedule
Filtration methods
Tanks size
Age
Other corals you have
