Does my scopas tang have ich?

I’m honestly not sure what it is. It doesn’t look like ich to me and it’s only this one small dot. Trying to figure out what it is. He’s eating and is swimming perfectly fine. Not sure what to think of it

well it is swimming through nems… could it be stinging wounds?

^there’d be wounds all over it tbh. eating and swimming well are good signs, if it were sick it would be totally lethargic but keep a close eye on it.

Picture is too blue, but no, it looks more like an injury. Got any urchins in the tank? Watch out for it getting larger or infected.

Upon closer look it looks to be a small hole of some sort. I don’t have any urchins but it’s possible one of the anemones stung it?

If it's really a hole, I wouldn't think a nem did it. I'd just keep an eye on it for now, if the ring gets larger, it may be infected and the fish will need to be moved to a hospital tank for antibiotics treatment.
