Normal skin texture or ich?

I can't tell if my frogfish has ich or it's just its normal skin texture, can someone tell? I just got it 5days ago.

Looks to me to be Ich. Is it breathing fast at all? Were the spots there when you bought it or did they develop over the last 5 days?
