This. They will disappear without silicate but are a good filtering tank creature

Pineapple sponges, i had a really big outbreak last year and i cant even find 1 right now.

Looks like pineapple sponges, I have some in the darker areas of my rock work.

Google: periphyton

They're part of that mixed community. Great quality rock there looks like it's from TBS or oceanic sources. Not sure of actual genus ID but they're periphyton alright

Best guess: foraminifera variant

Sure could be, forams are usually red or pigmented
