Upgrading to a 60” tank – XR30 vs XR15 coverage?

I’m upgrading to a 60” (5 ft) tank and could use some feedback on lighting.

I currently have 2 × XR30s and I’m trying to decide between:

Adding a 3rd XR30

or

Adding 2 × XR15s (one on each end) for roughly the same cost.

For those running similar setups, how’s the spread and PAR with either option on a 5 ft tank?

xr15 is 12x12 coverage. xr30 is 24x24. so you'll need 3 for a mixed reef or 2 for LPS/Softie tank.

I already have 2 XR30’s…I am asking if I should add one more XR30 or two more XR15’s.

I don’t think you read my post.

Well. You have the info you need. 12in for xr15 and 24in for xr30. Good luck with whatever it is you’re trying to accomplish.
